Using the site

You must be 18 or older to use the site. Please do not scrape it, try to break or overload it, get around the bot check on the TAM estimate, or use it for anything unlawful.

The free TAM estimate is an automated guess based on your public website. It is there to help you plan, not a promise of what a full build will find.

What a list build includes

Each order is for one list build at the size and channels shown on your order or invoice. Unless your order says otherwise, it includes:

• A 30-minute kickoff call where we agree your ICP with you.
• One master list of companies and contacts that fit that ICP, delivered to your CRM or as a CSV.
• Up to 3 rounds of revisions to the list after delivery.
• 12 months of support in a shared Slack channel.
• The option to order a refresh later at the price on your order.

Delivery times on the site, such as 72 hours, are typical times counted from the kickoff call. They are targets, not guarantees.

Payment and refunds

Prices are one-time fees in US dollars, before any taxes. Payment is due as stated on your order or invoice.

If you cancel before the kickoff call, we refund you in full. Once the kickoff call has happened, payments are not refundable. If the list does not match the ICP we agreed, the revision rounds are how we fix it.

How you may use the data

Once you have paid, you may keep and use the list for your own company’s sales, marketing and advertising, including after your Slack support ends. You may not:

• Resell, license, publish or give the list, or any part of it, to anyone outside your company, except service providers who use it only for you.
• Use it to build or improve a competing data product.
• Use it for anything other than business-to-business purposes, or to decide anyone’s eligibility for credit, employment, insurance or housing.

You are responsible for following the laws that apply when you contact people on the list, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and telemarketing and do-not-call rules, and for honouring opt-outs. If someone on your list asks us to remove them, we may ask you to remove them too.

Data accuracy

Contact data changes all the time. We check contacts at delivery, but we do not promise every record is complete or current, or that any campaign will get a particular result.

Our content

The site, its design, guides and text belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to them, but not copy the site or present our content as your own.

Disclaimers

Apart from what these terms say, the site and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the site or a list build is limited to the amount you paid us for that list build, or $100 if you have not bought one.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used a list or broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Ending access

We may suspend or stop your access to the site or our services if you break these terms. The sections on data use, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law still apply after that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
