# AdsGTM - Done-for-you TAM mapping by Contactlevel > Every company and buyer that fits your ICP in one master list for sales and marketing, scored and split into Sales-ready and Marketing-ready. In your CRM in 72 hours. AdsGTM is the managed services team at Contactlevel (https://www.contactlevel.com). ## How it works 1. Kickoff call, 30 minutes: We agree your ICP: industries, company size, regions and the titles you sell to. No ICP written down? We work it out on the call and show you live counts. 2. We map and score your market: Every matching company and buyer, with work email and LinkedIn (phones optional), scored for fit and flagged for intent. 3. Your master list, in your CRM: Sales-ready and Marketing-ready, in HubSpot, Salesforce or a CSV, within 72 hours. Load it into Contactlevel when you want to run ads to it. ## What you get - Your master list: Every buyer with LinkedIn, verified work email, phone, intent topics, list and priority. In your CRM or as a CSV. - Marketing-ready TAM: Everyone in your market who fits your ICP but isn’t in-market yet. Warm them up with ads. - Sales-ready TAM: Contacts at companies showing buying intent right now. Your reps work these first. - Delivered in Slack, with a GTM team on hand: Your files land in a shared channel, synced to your CRM, and we stay on for support and GTM help. - Your ICP, written down: Agreed with you on the kickoff call and checked against live counts. No ICP yet? We build it together. ## One list for sales and marketing We split your TAM in two. Sales-ready is the slice showing buying intent right now, usually around 5%, for your reps to work first. Marketing-ready is everyone else in your market, for marketing to warm up with ads until they’re ready to buy. ## Running ads to the list Ads run through Contactlevel, on its own subscription. It matches each contact on the ad platforms and keeps your audiences in sync with the list. ## Pricing One-time payment per TAM build. Finding every company and person that fits your ideal customer profile, so you know how big your market is and who’s in it. It comes before ads, outbound or ABM: you can’t target a market you haven’t mapped. ### What exactly do I get? One master list of every ICP-fit company and buyer in your market, with LinkedIn URLs, verified work emails and optionally phone numbers. Every company is scored and tiered, and the list is split into Sales-ready (companies showing buying intent now) and Marketing-ready (everyone else in your market). ### What if we don’t have an ICP? Most teams we work with don’t have one written down. We start from your offer, your best customers and your won deals, agree the criteria with you on the kickoff call and check them against live counts. You keep the doc. ### How does the intent data work? Intent signals show which companies are actively researching topics related to what you sell. We match them against your TAM and put those contacts in the Sales-ready list so your reps reach them first. ### How is this different from ZoomInfo, Apollo or Clay? Those are tools. Someone on your team has to build the searches, run enrichment and clean the results. We do that work once, for one price, and deliver the finished list. ### How is this different from a GTM agency? Agencies usually charge a monthly retainer and run outbound for you. We build the list and hand it over. You run it, or your agency does. ### Can I upload the list straight to LinkedIn or Meta? Not on its own. The list doesn’t include the identifiers ad platforms match on. To run ads to these exact people, load it into Contactlevel, a separate subscription that matches each contact on LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit and X. ### Is it really a one-time payment? Yes. You pay once per TAM build. No subscription, seats or credits, and the data is yours to keep. ### How long does it take? Most builds are delivered within 72 hours of the kickoff call. ### Which tools can you deliver the data into? HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio and outbound tools like Instantly, or a CSV if you prefer. Ads run through Contactlevel. ### How fresh is the data? Contacts are checked at delivery. Markets change, so you can order a refresh any time. ### Should I add phone numbers? Add phones if your team cold calls. If you only run ads, email and LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn and emails is enough. ### Do you work with agencies? Yes. We build TAM lists that agencies deliver to their clients. Book a call to talk about partner pricing. ### Is AdsGTM part of Contactlevel? Yes. AdsGTM is the done-for-you services team at Contactlevel and builds on the same data. You don’t need a Contactlevel account to buy a list, only to run ads to it. ## Guides - [What is TAM?
