Who this covers

• Visitors to adsgtm.com, including people who use the free TAM estimate or book a call.
• Customers and their staff we work with on a list build.
• Business professionals whose work contact details may appear in the lists we deliver to customers.

Data we collect on the website

• Free TAM estimate: the company website or domain you enter, your IP address, and a Cloudflare Turnstile token that checks you are not a bot.
• Work email: if you give us your work email to get your estimate or hear from us, we keep it to send what you asked for and to follow up.
• Booking a call: the name, email and any notes you enter in the Cal.com booking form.
• Analytics: pages visited, referrer, device, browser and approximate location, collected by DataFast to understand how the site is used.
• Emails and Slack messages you send us.

Data in the lists we build

AdsGTM builds lists of companies and the business professionals who work at them. A contact record can include a name, job title, employer, work email, LinkedIn profile URL, business location and, on some orders, a direct dial or mobile number. We also add company details and intent signals.

This data comes from B2BEnrich and Contactlevel, our affiliated data sources, which compile it from public professional sources and data partners. We use it only for business-to-business purposes. We do not include sensitive data such as health, religion or financial account details.

Customers receive these lists for their own sales and marketing. Under our terms they may not resell or share them, and they are responsible for following email, phone and privacy laws when they contact anyone on a list.

How we use personal data

• To run the free TAM estimate and send you the result.
• To book and hold calls, run kickoff calls and deliver list builds.
• To support customers in Slack and by email.
• To send you information about AdsGTM if you asked for it or are a customer. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the site secure and stop abuse, such as bots on the estimate form.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where EU or UK law applies, we rely on your consent, on performing a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and marketing a B2B service, or on a legal obligation, depending on the use.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run AdsGTM. They process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on the TAM estimate form.
• Firecrawl: reads the public website you enter for the TAM estimate.
• Anthropic: AI that drafts the TAM estimate from that website.
• Cal.com: call booking.
• DataFast: website analytics.
• B2BEnrich and Contactlevel: B2B company and contact data for list builds.
• Resend: sending email.

We share list data with the customer who ordered it. We may also share personal data with our professional advisers, when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or with a buyer if our business is sold or merged. We do not sell website visitor data.

Remove your data from our lists

If you are a business professional and want to know whether your details are in our data, or want them removed, email privacy@contactlevel.com with your name, work email and employer. We will remove you from our data and from future lists, and tell our data sources. We may keep a minimal record so you are not added again.

We cannot delete copies a customer already received, but we will ask them to remove you when we can.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy, object to or restrict how we use it, and opt out of marketing. California residents can also ask what categories of data we collect and share, and opt out of the sale or sharing of their data. To make a request, email privacy@contactlevel.com. We will confirm who you are before acting and reply within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Cookies and analytics

DataFast uses a small script and cookie to count visits. Cal.com and Cloudflare Turnstile may set their own cookies when you use them. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works, though booking a call or the estimate form may not.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Customer records and invoices are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Security and transfers

We use access controls, encryption in transit and trusted providers to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that data will never be accessed without permission.

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where EU or UK law requires it, we use safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Children

AdsGTM is a business service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell customers directly.
